Commission Rates
20% Commission: For billing under £20,000.
25% Commission: For billing over £20,000.
Flat Rate: No desk fees or hidden charges—just a straightforward commission rate.
Performance Bonuses
£5,000 Bonus: Upon billing £120,000 in a calendar year.
Additional £5,000: For every subsequent £60,000 billed. Example: Billing £240,000 in one year earns you a £15,000 bonus.
Annual Holiday Incentive
This Year’s Destination: Benidorm.
Next Year’s Goal: If we hit our target, we will travel to Dubai.
