Commission Structure & Incentives

At Opus Recruitment Solutions, we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication through a competitive commission structure and a range of attractive incentives. Our commission structure is designed to motivate and recognize high performance, allowing consultants to earn rewards based on their achievements.


For invoiced amounts, the commission breakdown is as follows: consultants earn 5% on invoiced amounts up to £7,000, 10% on amounts between £7,000 and £15,000, and 20% on any invoiced amount above £15,000. To further incentivize top performers, we offer quarterly top-ups that provide additional percentages for higher billings, ensuring that exceptional performance is rewarded.


In addition to our commission structure, we also offer salary increases based on performance targets, with the potential for incremental increases of up to £7,500 on base salary. This ensures that our team members are recognized not only for their immediate contributions but also for their long-term impact on the organization.


We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a hybrid working model that promotes flexibility, and strong internal promotion opportunities that encourage career growth within the company.
