Commission Structure & Incentives

The standard plan (either perm or contract – Sales / 360) is the most used across the business with additional bonuses added on as you go up the grades. 

Talent Path (Candidate Management) which doesn’t include Business Development, then their comms plan is a flat 10% as they will simply be delivering into roles provided to them. 

Account Management Path (Key Clients) they are on a flat 12.5% comms plan with a bonus associated with sold revenue from their accounts that they have generated through managing and expanding relationships and securing opportunities for the wider business. 


Permanent Plan Detail: For contractors operating on a margin of 10% or less, the commission payable on invoiced business in the period is calculated at 10% of the total invoiced revenue generated by these contractors. 

Contract Plan Detail: For contractors operating on a margin of 10% or less, the commission payable on invoiced business in the period is calculated at 10% of the total invoiced revenue generated by these contractors. 

There is no desk cost for the first year and you will receive a commission based on all invoiced business within the month. The commission received is tiered to incentivise the salesperson to not just bill the minimum each month, the more they bill the more commission is earned. 


Associated Bonus: 

-Associate consultant to Principal Consultant (Standard Perm or Contract Plan with either perm or contract quarterly bonus). 

-Practice Lead to Associate Director (Standard Perm or Contract plan with quarterly bonus plus an additional sold business bonus). 

-Practice Director / Senior Practice Director (standard plan, quarterly bonus plus GP bonus). 

-SLT Director (Flat coms, monthly GP bonus, and quarterly EBITDA bonus).
