Budget for Basic Salaries
$30,000 - $90,000 Per Year
At DNA Recruit, we believe in rewarding our consultants for their hard work and dedication with a transparent and competitive commission structure.
Commission Details:
Commission thresholds are set at 2.5 times the monthly salary for all consultants (1.5 times in the first 6 months).
Consultants earn a commission of 25% on total billings over the threshold and 45% on all billings over £200,000 per annum.
Commissions are paid out quarterly, with payments made one month in arrears.
Commission Splits:
House Accounts: Defined as clients or requirements passed to consultants by DNA company directors, not procured directly by the consultants.
25% of the gross placement fee for Permanent placements and 25% of the monthly Gross Margin (GP) for Contract placements are allocated to the DNA House Account, with no commission paid on this portion.
Consultants receive commission on the remaining 75% balance, based on the invoice date rather than the date of sale.
If consultants handle both the client and candidate leading to a successful placement, the fee is split 50-50 with the House Account.
No commission is paid on DNA Screen retainer fees sold by company directors, retained entirely by the House Account.
The House commission structure may change with one month’s notice by the Board.
