Commission Structure & Incentives
At Chemistry, we recognize and reward the dedication and achievements of our consultants with a transparent and competitive commission structure, alongside enticing incentives designed to motivate and reward excellence.
Permanent Placements (based on an invoiced amount per month):
£0k - £15,000: 15%
£15,001 - £30,000: 25%
£30,000+: 35%
Contract Placements (based on an invoiced amount per month):
£0k - £10,000: 15%
£10,001 - £25,000: 25%
£25,001+: 35%
New Business Bonus:
To encourage the acquisition of new clients, we offer a £300 bonus to consultants who sign terms with a new client and arrange interviews for two separate candidates on their first assignment within one month of agreeing to the terms. This bonus is paid regardless of whether a placement is made.
Client Development Bonus:
We value the development of long-term relationships with our clients. Therefore, a 'client development' bonus of £750 is awarded to consultants who make three placements with the same client within a six-week period. These placements can be permanent or contract, with the contract placements needing to meet a minimum margin value of £3,000. This bonus is applicable if the third placement is completed within six weeks of the first placement's completion.
